1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or purchasing a subscription plan, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or purchase packages.
2. Device Connection Limits
To guarantee high streaming speeds and prevent server overload, all subscriptions are subject to strict **concurrent device limits**:

Single-Device Plans: Standard VIP Standard and VIP Plus plans allow **one (1) active connection** at any given time. Connecting to the service from a second device concurrently will trigger an automatic security lock or result in immediate stream buffering. -
Multi-Device Plans: We offer specialized household subscription plans permitting 2, 3, or 4 concurrent connections. You must only stream on the number of devices specified in your purchased plan.
3. Prohibited Activities
As a condition of your subscription, you agree **not to**:
- Re-stream, copy, distribute, or broadcast any of the channels or media streams provided.
- Share, sell, or disclose your subscription credentials (lines, username, password) to external users.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scan, or compromise our streaming servers or control panels.
Violations of these guidelines will result in **immediate termination** of your subscription without any refund.
4. Payments and Billing
All pricing is displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Subscriptions are purchased on a pre-paid basis (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Payments are processed via Interac e-Transfer or secured credit cards. Your subscription line will be generated and delivered immediately after payment confirmation.
5. Service Disclaimer
While we guarantee 99.9% server uptime and high-speed delivery, streaming quality depends heavily on your local network speed, ISP stability, and device configuration. Best IPTV Canada is not liable for temporary service disruptions caused by ISP network maintenance, hardware limitations, or local network congestion.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Best IPTV Canada or its technical affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the streaming service.
